General terms of payment terms of payment: All prices at Rising Hope are listed in Danske Kroner (DKK) including VAT. Reservations are made for changes in VAT, taxes, taxes, as well as typographical errors or changes to brochures, website and written offers.

We accept the following cards: VISADankort, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. www.risinghope.dk is a secure payment site with SSL certificate so you can safely use your debit card. It is also possible to pay the amount on Mobilepay 83339 if you do not have a debit card (Send e-mail to info@risinghope.dk after payment on Mobilepay).

Once you have deposited, you will receive a receipt by email with purchase details and any specific details.

Memberships/ Subscriptions: For members, the price stated on the product page is automatically deducted for each period. Receipt for the receipt is sent by email. You will receive an email confirming your member subscription after signing the membership. You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to info@risinghope.dk or by signing in with your member login on this page. The termination is immediate and after termination no further charges will be billed or withdrawn. However, invoices already issued still have to be paid.

Right of withdrawal on purchase
Under the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you have purchased a service online. That is, you have 14 days to notify us that you regret the purchase. The right of withdrawal occurs from the time you receive a confirmation of your membership, but never longer than 3 months from your order date. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at info@risinghope.dk and you will get a refund. The money is automatically refunded to the account you paid from.
