The bracelets are handmade by the women receiving treatment at the Women's Hope treatment center in Bagamyo, Tanzania. Each bracelet bears a note with the woman's name and a short story about the women. When the bracelet is sold, one part of the proceeds goes to the woman behind the bracelet and the other part of the proceeds goes to the center. In this way, the women can save up for life after treatment through the bracelet craft.

T-shirts are made by the designer Black Viking in collaboration with Rising Hope.

The aprons are sewn by the women in Aftercare in Bagamoyo, Tanzania, where the women are taught in their sewing workshop. Both the income from selling the aprons and the skills that the women learn can be used to establish themselves after treatment.
